Hi guys, I saw this on another forum and since i went through hell to get mine to work it may be handy for someone in the future.

If you install a plug and play HID kit and you see your lights flicker and the company you bought it from is saying send them X amount of dollars for a anti flicker kit, all you do is go to radio shack and purchase a pair of capacitors. Then connect them like the pic below...

Sorry to all those companies that make money off of a 3 dollar fix for 50 bucks or so....

Thanks for the advice, I was looking into a fix when I came across your post.

How has it been working out for you so far?

So caps are storage devices for 12 volts.......

Would I be correct in assuming you are trying to cure a plug and play "flicker" problem?

The fix is to NOT install as 'plug and play" get 12 volts from the battery, and a solid ground for your relay (I hope your using a relay) from the battery as well.

Plug and play on most of these import pieces of junk simply does not work.

The only part of the factory harness you want to use is the negative turn on .....

x1 Kartuneman is correct. I capacitor will slightly help, but a sold ground and good connection to 12volts through a relay is best. running 12 off the headlight switch works but is not reliable. unstable power can stess and strain your ballast.
