05 suzuki sv650, clifford 50.5x

I have the above mentioned bike that I have a clifford 50.5x installed in. By installed I mean everything but the mystery second and or third ignition wires for the remore start. I have the kickstand and clutch interlock bypassed, it will only crank in neutral (thanks bright green neutral light!), and i can get it to crank. I even have it set up to open my garage door when the remote start sequence kicks in so I don't kill anybody.

When the remote start is initiated, the gauges kick on for a second, the fuel pump kicks on for a second, and then evrything shuts off for 2 seconds, and then it all comes back on and stays on (with the exception of the fuel pump priming. That lasts for a half second or so after everything comes back on.)

I have a limited amount of time each day to work on it thanks to the inconveniant rotation of the earth around the sun (stoopid non vertical axis) so any suggestions or wiring diagrams would be helpful. I am going to check out the sv forum tonight...I can't believe I just thought of that since I suggest that kind of troubleshooting all the time...

Tach is hooked up and programed. I can turn the key and press the starter at the same time and the bike starts, so I don't know if the wait to start timer will effect it. I will give it a shot when I tear it apart again this weekend. I am fairly certain that I have missed an ignition wire somewhere.
