Guys

I have two major questions:

Is 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara equipped with factory installed transponder immobilizer system causing issues with installation of Remote Starter system?

I target AutoPage C3 R665 2W system and I wonder if this unit is compatible with my car.

If yes, what do I face and what would you recommend ?

Second part of the question relates to wiring diagam for this car.

Can you be so kind and recommend the source to get a copy of the wiring diagram for this car ?

I appreciate you reply and help in my case .

Thanks

Chris from Chicagoland

no this vehicle does not have a transponder type immobilizer.
what it has is a key cylinder lock (the smart key unlocks the cylinder allowing you to turn it)
no bypass is needed for a remote starter install.
the 2009 up started to us a transponder.
all remote starter are usually universal. the stipulation being if it made for auto or auto/manual.
This is a pretty easy install

Thank you Monty

I really appreciate your hints and help.

I certainly get the rain check on further help if I get into trouble or something.
