Hope someone can help. I can't locate the LOCK MOTOR,
UNLOCK MOTOR and DISARM DEFEAT wires. Diagram I have
does not indicate where these wires are.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
David |

Thanks for replying. However, I am installing an add-on system to the factory wireless system (Hornet 700T). The
install manual states that the connection I make to LOCK MOTOR reverses the polarity when the "lock" button
on the factory transmitter is depressed. Same for UNLOCK MOTOR. The "Power Lock/Unlock" wires stated in this diagram does not behave in this fashion when I have the DM connected to it. So I assume that I have
the wrong wires. Maybe I am in over my head!
Thanks,
David |

If all else fails...take the door panel off and go directly to the unlock motor and see what color the wire is there...then find it in the kick or where ever it is coming from. ___________________________________________ ~The Rookie~

Thanks for the reply.
Will do as a last resort. Hate to dismatle my new vehicle so soon after getting it. I'm going to
try probing all the wire in the kick panel to see
if I can find the power motor wires. Does anyone
know if I will be able to see the polarity change
using my DM?
Thanks again,
David |
