I recently replaced the front right c/v joint an axle on this suv when I lowered if off the jack it would not turn over the dash lights come on when the key is on but no sound or action in the start position. Is there a shutdown system on this vehicle? and how do i reset it if so?

I have replaced the battery since it was 6 years old. Could the starter be the problem?
