I need help here. I have been installing for years. Stereos, lights, etc. I need to know how I can get one of my customers strobes to false at different times not together. thankyou.
Whoever the person was who said that anything is possible, didn't try to slam a revolving door.

You can put an RC time constant circuit on the +12 side of the strobes.  Use different RC time constant values on each strobe so the turn on in a staggered fashion.

You may need to use the RC time constant in conjunction with an opamp and transistor to gate power to the strobes.
