we neew to remove the radio navigation unit and lnstall a regular cd player in this spot its not a normal fit what will have to be done for this to work

I've done Sat radios in this car never a full system. Doesn't seem to hard.
Take radio out, all 3 parts of it.
Mold a kit into the beautiful wood trim that will need to be refinished. Bypass amp
Might as well get good speakers in there
and your done.

yes i have done the wiring before great idea what about  puting the headunit over those butons on the dash over the radio isint there a spot on top that looks like a radio can fit it i would like to keep the video screen for him to and vedio and the fact that i have never worked with bondo before

I would just replace the whole thing. Put a double din in there.
