It can be hooked up several ways.  How do you plan to use it?

Like I said, what do you want to use the crossover FOR?  What do you hope to accomplish with it?  What else is it hooking up to?

OK, so I recommend installing it after your EQ.  Connect the EQ to the front RCA outputs from your head unit, then connect the RCA outputs from your EQ to the input on the crossover and use the high and mid outs from the crossover to the appropriate amplifier channels.  Then commence your setup.

Does it have a Front and Rear input, or is it Front and Subwoofer?

Have you heard of Pyramid Car audio equipment from 20 years ago?

Lanzar used to be good stuff, but man that thing looks like a piece of crap to me... regardless, I suggest if you purchase it, read the owner's manual and follow the instructions.  If it only has one set of RCA inputs then use it  with the front channels of your HU.

It looks like that because it is a Pyramid piece.  They bought the name when Lanzar went belly up.
