I know its a crossover setup of some kind ,It has no identifying marks on the resistor and states 50v 100 uf biploar on the capacitor

My crystal ball must be malfunctioning today...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

My Crystal Ball is still broken, so you will have to look at this diagram and see if this configuration is as your setup.

Zobel
A Zobel is a filter used to stabilized loudspeaker impedance in a crossover-speaker circuit. This consists of a capacitor with a value equal to one which gives a crossover frequency at the frequency where the impedance has doubled, in series with a resistor which has a value equal to 1.25 times the nominal loudspeaker impedance. This is connected parallel to the loudspeaker between the loudspeaker and crossover. Zobel Calculator

Loudspeaker manufacturers usually provide you with technical data containing an impedance curve and other information such as recommended enclosure sizes, etc.

Those are crossover parts.  The first picture shows a capacitor, the second picture shows a capacitor and an inductor.
