Can anyone guide me as to where I could find it?

I got one that I'm trying to fix. All I been told is that it has "low power output". Before I dig into it I would like to have the schematic at hand.

Make sure it has + and - 15 on the op amps, and verify that it has supply voltage on the outputs. Let me know what you find out.
