I have three 4 ohm speakers, and i want to run them in series, and according to the calculator this would be a 1.33 ohm load, i was wondering if there were anyway possible to wire them to get a 1.5 to 4.0 Ohm load?

I checked the Rockford site and they only show wiring them in parallel and that comes to a 1.34 load. They dont list wiring them in series since that would be a 12 ohm load. So really dont have any other options. What kinda amp you using?

It wouldn't surprise me if that amp could handle ur subs down that low. What model of sub are u using?

AAAhhh now i see why you wanted the 1.5 to 4 ohm. Well, just my opinion, as small of a difference as there is i dont think it will hurt anything. Just to give you a comparison, I had asked a tech at Diamond Audio before about running one of there amps that was 2 ohm stable at around 1.5 ohms. The guy told me it would be fine as long as the amp had some room to breathe. So based on that it should be ok. Just my opinion though. If you have doubts just go to jl's website and email them and see what they say.
