Hello  i want to purchase 2 12" w6ae jl's now the question is will this kicker amp xm130x2 do justice for these subs  the rating is 130 by 2 or bridge at 400 watts im a rookie but a fast learner any help will be apreciated also do i have to post this other question in another topic >>>>what about a capacitor 1 farad which brand you recommend  also how will i go about wiring these jls up if i have to split these question i will againg thanks for your time the12volt been really great experince!!!!

these subs slam with 25 watts on them,  you could go with a bigger amp, but the amp you have will play them just fine, if you want your bass to be super tight, put the subs in a sealed box, but either way the subs will be awesome

You can either wire these subs for 6 ohms or 1.5 ohms. Bridge you amp and wire them for 6 ohms (you won't be able to push them to their limits with this amp but it should still sound pretty good). I would wire them for 6 ohms like this:

Thanks customsuburb i just  recently over this weekend decided to get  an 500/1 jl amp for these subs they are prety expensive so it could a feew weeks for me again thnaks now i have another topic if you dont mind looking at it i going to take this kicker amp and installing on one of my other vehicle my question since im already here is can i put 8ohms on this amp without blowing it up i just heard that house speakers will do that becuase they are 8 ohms now this 10" fosgate is 8 ohms 150rms 400 w peak i dont know

8-ohms is fine.  Any amp that is available for car audio will finction really well into 8-ohms.  It is LOW impedence that can be dangerous for audio amplifiers.  Whoever told you that higher impedences will "blow up" an amp is, to be kind, uninformed.

Thank you very much for clearing that for me know ing that you have been doing this for thirty years i have another question should i them bridge them or just get 130 watts to each of them what you thinnk will it be  better also how will you hook it up  thanks also soorry how to removed my topics that i started becuse you just anwser my quetion to the other one that i have posted again thanks a million

I'm guessing that your Rockford Fosgate subs are 8 ohm SVC subs. Wire them both to the bridged ouput on your amp. you amp will see a 4 ohm load. If you only have one then still connect it to the bridged output on your amp.
