I have a 2004 e-350 ford van and I want to change out the factory radio.
I have the so called "keys" I got from autozone. I insert them into the holes and wiggle and wiggle and pull. The radio shakes and moves but does not slid out.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
John

Once the keys are snapped in place, put some lateral pressure on them towards the outside of the van or towards the doors.  Now pull it out of the dash.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
