Im looking for amp and sub suggestions. The system:

Alpine 9855

Alpine 05 Type R 6.5 Components front and coaxial rear

Comp VR 15 Sub (not sure if i want to go with something smaller with better quality)

Soundstream Reference 500 for the sub.

Looking fo a good 4ch amp in the 200-300 price range. What I was looking for was for a used reference 604 but cant seemto find one. If I dont get one of those I want a new or refurbished amp.

What year integra do you drive, I drive a 90, so I might be able to help you some. First thing I would do is pull out the rear speakers and amp the front. It made a night and day difference in the quality with only 2 6 1/2in pioneers in the doors and 70watts rms to each. Just make sure you take the time to deaden your doors. For amps I have had good luck with eclipse, us amps, and jl. There are many other good ones out there, but that wouldnt be a bad starting place. Now for the sub I am running a single dd 3510, and now that I have found the sweet spot in tuning it just tears the car apart (dont you love hatchbacks). I really dont think you need a 15. I would look into going with just one nice 10 or 12.

Well you also need to ask yourself what you want out of your system.  Do you want it to be geared more towards SQ or not?  Also what is the price range you want to spend on sub(s)?
That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.

The car is a 2001 integra. I already have the speakers and raido installed.  Im looking for SQ. The budget on the sub is around 150 and 200 - 300 for the 4ch amp.
