It sounds to me like you're using the headunit to power the speakers.  You can use a 4 channel amp with the crossover set to high pass.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

plug ur sub amp into the sub output

if the mid amp is hooked to the front or rear outputs in the radio set the frequency response accordingly front hpf on -6 or -12 DB and/or put freq respnse curve on 125Hz or higher

if using both rear and front set the rear hpf to the same or lower if u want a litlle more bass out of the rear mids

the hpf for front and rear are the 4 options in the auido menu after the three suboutput options

hook up the microphone that came with that deck and perform the auto equallizer and time alignment.  It should set the crossovers at a good level... turn your amplifiers cross overs off.  I have had this deck for the last year and a half so if you have any questions about it PM me.
