Allong with my other issue I am unable to find the (+) park light  wire - it says RED / black at large white plug top of fuse box.  I tested all RED / black at the top of the fuse box at all plugs and still can not find it.

In the fuse box are a total of three RED / black wires.........one is parking lights, one is ignition, and one is some type of data wire.......if you connect to the data wire by accident, you'll cook the MICU.
(The Multiplex Integrated Control Unit is basically the driver's-side fuse box, and the body computer, rolled into one unit.)
Again, I recommend that you DO NOT catch parking lights at the fuse box. It's too easy to make a mistake and connect to the wrong wire.
If you remove the driver's kick panel, and open the harness that runs to the back of the car, there's only ONE RED / black in that harness, which is parking lights.
Also, that's the easiest place to get brake, and trunk release. I run all three of my wires together, and connect them all right there in the kick panel.

use RED / black (-) at parking light switch at the top of the steering column -- (if you can't find the +park wire).

If you don't have a (-) park light output or it's not programmable (which I'm pretty sure you do have a (-) park light output) you'll need a relay.

The RED / black (-) will be accessible at a harness that plugs into the back of the steering wheel where there are bunch of harnesses plugging in.. they'll be wrapped in black looming, and there isn't much slack, but if you slit the looming a little and unplug the harness, you'll gain more slack... once you've found it with your VMM, you can also trace it as it snakes along to the right side of the steering column and then under the driver's dash .. maybe catch it there. 

I agree w/ chris -- stay away from the fusebox -- even incorrectly VMM-ing that RED / black ECU wire can fry it (via inadvertent grounding)
