2003 murano, prostart gremlins

I installed a Prostart 2-way starter into a 2003 Murano using xpresskits for the security/locks/transponder.The install went flawlessly-almost to the point where you would expect something catastrphic to be wrong...As good as it works I do have a couple of gremlins.When it remote starts the heater will go to automatic instead of the same setting it was-it keeps the same temp-it just goes to automatic climate control.And when you put in the key after it is running and step on the brake it locks the doors.This is generally an OEM feature on most cars however this one didn't do it before and it still doesn't if it isn't remote started.I have checked the programming and it shouldn't be doing this...

Both of these problems are very minor and not really problems at all.I was just wanting to know if anyone has ever come accross this or had any input.

OK-I will try that....I did program all the options but-I only hooked up the one acc wire (maybe thats why it keeps going to auto climate cont).Also I didn't diode the 2 gound when running wires...The feedback my be causing the doors to lock when the auto start kicks out  (step on the brake).
