I added a remote start to Subaru '04 WRX,I have 30 years experience in mobile security and this my very first experience with a factory alarm throwing a wrench in the job. everything works perfect, but factory alarm arms after doors locked, factory alarm takes over and rather not deal with factory system. There is no factory disarm wire and can be only disarmed by fac. rem. Anyone have any recommendations?

Unplug it. It's the best way to work around most Subaru alarms. It will not effect any other functions of the car. Early Wrx's it was in the center console. At some point they moved it to behind the glove box.
