passive starter kill methods

12volt, i was wondering if it is dangerous to have the momentary switch closed (on) in the passive starter kill diagram.  To what it seems the positive 12v+ from 30 will make a loop through to 87 and back around right where the momentary switch is and hit on itself then splitting to 85.  I'm not sure if this is dangerous but I want to make sure I'm not going to short anything. 

My second question, is it necessary to make a split from the right side relay 87 to the left side relay 85 or can't one simply take the right side relay's 86 and connect it to the left side relay 85 that way the connection between right side relay 87 doesnt' need to be split into two in order to power the left side relay coil.  I drew some pictures for better illustration.  Thanks in advance!
