clifford concept 450 rpm programming

Hi. I have a 1998 honda civic with a clifford concept 450 alarm installed in it. I recently found an intellistart 4 remote start system add on and have installed it with no problem but i am stuck on the rpm programming part of it. I have looked online for the concept 450 user manual and on the programming table, there is no rpm programming chart. does anyone know the manual rpm procedure? or maybe the actuall concept 450 installation manual? I really dont want to buy the cliffnet wizard pro software and replicator cable that looks outdated to begin with. any help would be greatly appreciated

assuming they all use the same procedure to get into installer mode then i have found some info, its been a good few years since i had my g5 intelligard 950 so cant remember if its the same but what i have found is as follows:

with vehicle parked and engine running do procedure below

enter youre valet code into the plainview 2 switch followed by the unmarked button

then press and hold star for 10 seconds until you hear 3 confirmation chirps indicating installer menu

press the unmarked button once after a delay you will hear one chirp to confirm column one selection

press the star button 5 times to select row 5, you will hear a chirp each time you push the button

after a 2 second pause you will get 2 chirps and 2 light flashes if the tach has been learned

turn ignition off to exit programming menu and then test r/s

if you still have problems i know there are some guys on here who install clifford systems and should be able to help out howie ii being one

Good try tony-g but those are G4 instructions and the unit is a G5!. Start engine. Enter Valet A.K.A. pin code with star button then immediately press the plain button. LED will blink, press and hold star button continuously, after 3 secs. you will get one chirp, keep holding, after about 10 seconds 3 chirps. Release button. Press plain button 3 times, you will hear three chirps after a seconds delay. Press star button once immediate chirp and if correct your lights (no chirps) will flash twice (that's assuming you've already connected the lights correctly). If this is confusing, PM me with your email address and I'll mail you the installer sheet for the similar UK 650 with the instructions.

nice one howie, i was hoping you would be able to help out. i could never remember which clifford models where g4 or g5 just that they where money well spent.

Yes I always thought the American built G4 models were bullet proof, if only they'd have kept up with the Wizard programming the G5s would stand head and shoulders above everything else, who needs 1000ft range or 2 way, I just have to look out over my balcony to see if the remote start has worked.
