Will the window&sunroof rollup function XK01 work in my Jeep Grand Cherokee 1999 Limited if it doesn't have "Comfort" option which rolls up windows with original keyless remote or key?
Here my car is listed as supported, but I have doubts after reading this topic. It says that XK01 simply holds the "lock" for 20 seconds.

And how it works? I don't see on the diagram "Color: (-) Window Roll up Input" wire or something like this. Or windows will automatically roll up with "2: Green: (-) Lock Input" ?

OK the answer is still no unless you hold your key over in the lock and see if the windows roof raise. You could always program the alarm for comfort close and see if that does it.

I did once use an XK01 in a 1999-2004 style Grand Cherokee and I hooked up the window rollup feature as a surprise for the customer.
I don't remember exactly what year the car was, but 1999-2004 should all be the same.
Here is what you need to know:
1. Be sure to program the feature to "on" in the XK01's settings menu.
2. It only rolls up the two front windows. Does not do rear windows. I don't know about the sunroof; can't remember.
3. You didn't mention what remote starter you're using, but you probably want to avoid using the D2D cable. You can try, but I'm not sure if it will work. The entire remote-start industry has still failed to get data-to-data to work reliably.
4. You need a remote starter that will send out a "lock" pulse multiple times. For example, the Avital 4103 will only lock the doors one time and that's it.
Make sure your remote starter is capable of locking the doors over and over again, every time you press the Lock button on the remote.
Alternately, you should probably be able to connect the remote starter's "lock" AND "trunk release" outputs BOTH to the XK01's green lock wire.............in that case you would first lock the door with the remote, then hit the trunk release button to close the windows.
5. I never tested if the window rollup works with the car running. If the remote starter is turned on, you may have to turn it off before the window rollup feature will work.

Thank you for your responses.
It seems that just have to try. I ordered the XK01 and when it is delivered, I'll try.

3. This starter is made in Russia, I think its name did not mean for you.(Pandora DXL 3500) But it's no problem to send "lock" pulse twice.
