Hey guys, im just looking if possiable for a write up on removing a factory Brant Alarm system

like what wires to disconnect to make the system inop and have no issues with ecu and starting

Have you tried asking an auto electrician?
First you will have to Google the brand, I doubt anyone here or the US has heard of it.
Second if it was a real "integrated" into the vehicle alarm you wouldn't even be asking this question, you would have already plugged in the diagnostics.

from what iv heared its only three wires to disconnect

not the kind of system u can turn off with diagnostics ( OBD2 Plugin)

The Subaru Factory Alarm systems can be "disabled" in U.S. market vehicles.  There are instructions in the Owners Manual.

See Page 2-13.  Not sure if it is the same for cars "down under".
