ok I recently installed a viper 3203 alarm in my 95 240sx S14 and I hooked up a 529t I followed the instructions and wired it according to instructions but when I press the lock button on remote nothing happens I already turned comfort closure on the brain and not a damn thing happens but  maybe I missed something any good advice would be great

this is the base model 95 240sx

according to the wiring diagrams on here these are for the windows down

Windows DownLF=Blue, RF=RED / Black 

but I tested RED / black and tested + when I rolled window up?

 this Is the last car I do an alarm on im not gonna be cheap anymore ima just pay a pro next time

It has nothing to do with setting comfort closure, the 529t uses the orange armed output wire to the 529t orange and ORANGE / black.
Ignore the 529t grey and grey/black.
Find the motor wires that go from ground to 12v+ on raising the windows, cut and join as per instructions and ref the 529t, RTFM, also because someone tells you wire A is colour B, don't take it for granted that it's true, TEST and VERIFY.

that the problem my car originally never had the power window switches the whole harness was cut and I wired some momentary toggle switches to act as the window switches so theres like 2 separate 12v in the door

Loook or rather listen.
At some point in your rat's nest will be two wires going to each motor. They are the wires the instructions talk about, = motor wires.

yeah green (driver side) and RED / white (passenger side) control up

Just follow the 529t manual.

I think I know the answer but you're the one on the ground with that wiring.
If you've cobbled up switch gear they won't work. The switch side of the 529t has to see a ground when operating.
