Hi,
looking for a remote starter for my van. It has all the features and would like to have as many possible hooked up to aftermarket starter.
Has anyone done a complete install? (sliding doord memory seats tailagete)
What would be the easiest system for install? any of them compatible by hooking up data cables only and avoid physical connections?
thank

to simplify your install, an idatalink ads-alca flashed with dl-ch6 will work perfect for you. its pretty much compatible with any remote starter you choose to install. I always recommend a quality system such as compustar, viper(directed in general), audiovox (prusuit), encore, omega/excalibur, ultrastart, etc
personally i prefer to use compustar with an idatalink blade-al. declutter your install and all in under 2.5 hours if you diy. 1hour for a pro

$250 budget gives you many options. You have the funds to get a LED 2way system which would be pretty nice, and you get some added range for about 60 dollars more.
if i had a budget of ~300 it would be the compustar 2wg9 + idatalink blade + ads-usb + FT7200.
resistors shouldnt be needed when using the idatalink
