I have reviewed the following:
Viper 5706 Install Manual
GM5+ Wiring
ADS-ALCA Install Manual
Other wiring reference guides on the internet for this vehicle type and similar models.
This is the wiring I have come up with. I am unsure on some of them and have listed notes/questions beneath each of them.
Viper 5706
6-Pin Main Harness
1 - Red - 12V Constant Input (+) —> Unsure
     - BCM, Black Connector, Pins 1,2,3,4 are listed as 12V (15A). Safe to use these?
     - Or create a fused 12V line from battery? Recommendations on wire gauge or fuse rating?
     - Is there a better option for this?
2 - Black - Chassis Ground (-) —> Unsure
     - Viper manual recommends creating your own.
     - ALCA manual shows getting ground at the PK3 Connector.
     - Does it really matter? What is the preferred way of doing this?
3 - Brown - Siren Output (+) —> To siren
4 - White/Brown - Parking Light Isolation —> NC
5 - White - Parking Light Output —> BCM, White Connector, Pin 8, Brown/White (-)
6- Ground When Armed Output (-500mA) —> NC (Provided to ALCA through data connection)
10-Pin Remote Start Harness
1 - No Wire
2 - Red/Black - 12V Accessory/Starter Input (+) —> Unsure
     - See Main Harness 12V Constant
3 - Pink/Black - Flex Relay Input (+) —> NC
4 - Pink/White - Ignition 2/Flex Relay Output (+) —> NC
5 - Red - 12V Ignition 1 Input (+) —> Unsure
     - See Main Harness 12V Constant
6 - Green - Starter Input (+) —> Unsure
     - Think NC. Don’t know if there is a starter wire. Only info I found on ignition connector is:
     - Pin 1, Pink, Ignition
     - Pin 2, Red/White, 12V
     - Pin 3, Brown, ACC1
     - Pin 4, White, Passlock
     - Pin 5, No Wire
     - Pin 6, White/Black, ?
7 - Violet - Starter Output (+) —> Unsure
     - Think NC (See Starter Input)
8 - Orange - Accessory Output (+) —> PK3 Connector, Pin 2, Brown
9 - Red/White - 12V Ignition 2/Flex Relay Input (+) —> NC
10 - Pink - Ignition Input/Output —> Ignition Connector, Pin 1, Pink
3-Pin Door Lock Connector
1 - Blue - Unlock Output (-500mA) —> Unsure
     - BCM, Gray Connector, Pin 11, Orange/Black (-) - All doors. So one press of unlock on viper remote should unlock all doors
     - BCM, Gray Connector, Pin 6, Yellow (-) - Driver Door. One unlock press unlocks driver door. Two presses unlocks all?
     - I would like to be able to keep the ability to have only the driver door unlock with the first unlock press if possible.
2 - No Wire
3 - Green - Lock Output (-500mA) —> BCM, Gray Connector, Pin 12, Pink/Black
24-Pin Connector
1 - Pink/White - Ignition 2/Flex Relay Output (-200mA) —> NC
2 - Blue/White - 2nd Status/Rear Defogger Output (-200mA) —> Unsure
     - I would like to have the rear defrost turn on when remote started but was unable to find the correct wire to attach.
3 - Red/White - Trunk Release Output (-200mA) —> Unsure
     - Think NC because I do not have a power liftgate. So when doors are unlocked the hatch can be opened from rear handle like any other door.
     - BCM, Pink Connector, Pin 23, Gray (-) is listed as Trunk Release if I need it.
4 - Black/Yellow - Dome Light Output (-200mA) —> BCM, White Connector, Pin 5, Gray/Black (+)
5 - Dark Blue - Status Output (-200mA) —> NC
6 - White/Black - Aux 3 Output (-200mA) —> NC
7 - White/Violet - Aux 1 Output (-200mA) —> NC
8 - Orange/Black - Aux 4 Output (-200mA) —> NC
9 - Gray - Hood Pin Input (N/O or N/C) (-) —> BCM, Black Connector, Pin 17, Pink/Black (-)
10 - Blue - Trunk Pin/Instant Trigger Input (N/O or N/C) (-) —> BCM, Pink Connector, Pin 12, Pink/Black (-)
11 - White/Blue - Activation Input —> NC
12 - Violet/White - Tach Input      —> Unsure
     - I believe only required for manual transmission vehicles, so NC
13 - Black/White - Neutral Safety/Parking Brake Input (-) —> Unsure
     - Viper manual states this wire must have ground for remote start to operate.
     - I have access to parking brake status wire from the stereo harness and could use this.
     - I do not want to have parking brake engaged to enable remote start, so is it safe to just connect this to ground?
14 - Green/Black - Factory Alarm Disarm Output (-200mA) —> Unsure
     - Think NC because the OEM Alarm will never be armed. From car manual, the only way to activate alarm system is by pressing Lock on the OEM key fob.
     - This was listed as BCM, Pink Connector, Pin 20, Light Green (double -), but that slot is empty in my vehicle.
15 - Green - Door Input (N/O) or N/C) (-) —> BCM, Pink Connector, Pin 10, Gray/Black (-)
16 - Brown/Black - Horn Honk Output (-200mA) —> NC (Chirps from siren are fine) or BCM, Brown Connector, Pin 18, Tan (-) if desired.
17 - Pink - Ignition 1 Output (-200mA) —> NC
18 - Violet - Door Input (+) —> NC
19 - Violet/Black - Aux 2 Output (-200mA) —> NC
20 - Brown - Brake Shutdown Input (+) —> Unsure
     - The GM5+ harness has a yellow/black wire labeled foot brake. Is it fine to use this one? It tests ~9.5V when brake is depressed. Or need a different location?
21 - Violet/Yellow - Starter Output (-200mA) —> NC
22 - Gray/Black - Diesel Wait to Start Input (-) —> NC
23 - Orange - Accessory Output (-200mA) —> NC
24 - Green/White - Factory Alarm Output (-200mA) —> Unsure
     - Think NC because the OEM Alarm will never be armed. From car manual, the only way to activate alarm system is by pressing Lock on the OEM key fob.
4-Pin Red Data Connector
—> ALCA Data 4-Pin Black Slot
ADS-ALCA
10-Pin Black Connector
1 - Green/Black - Lock/Arm Input (-) —> NC (Provided through data 1-way connection)
2 - Blue/Black - Unlock/Disarm Input (-) —> NC (Provided through 1-way data connection)
3 - Red/White - Trunk Release Input (-) —> NC (Provided through 1-way data connection)
4 - Brown - Tailgate Window Release Input (-) —> NC (N/A)
5 - Purple/Yellow —> NC
6 - Purple/Black —> NC
7 - White - Auto Relock Input (+) —> Unsure
     - ALCA manual says connect to 12V to enable after start... i believe this is for vehicles that require alarm disarmed when remote start begins but can be armed after remote start succeeds
     - Think NC for this vehicle
8 - Black/White - Accessory Input (+) —> PK3 Connector, Pin 2, Brown
9 - Green - Hood Status Output (-) —> NC (Provided through 2-way data connection)
10 - Purple/White - Tach Output (AC) —> NC (Provided through 2-way data connection)
3-Pin Blue Connector
1 - White/Black - PK3 12V Key/Connector Side (+) —> PK3 Connector Pin 1 (Red/White) Key/Connector Side
2 - White/Red - PK3 12V Vehicle Side (+) —> PK3 Connector Pin 1 (Red/White) Vehicle Side
3 - White - NC
3-Pin White Connector
1 - Yellow/Black - Door Status Output (-) —> NC (Provided through 2-way data connection)
2 - Yellow/Red - Trunk Status Output (-) —> NC (Provided through 2-way data connection)
3 - Yellow - Passlock Output (+) —> Ignition Connector, Pin 4, White
7-Pin White Connector
1 - Brown/Red —> NC
2 - Brown/Yellow —> NC
3 - Orange/Black —> NC
4 - Orange/White —> NC
5 - Orange - SWC (Data) —> PK3 Connector, Pin 5, Green
6 - Pink/Black —> NC
7 - Pink - Ignition Input (+) —> Ignition Connector, Pin 1, Pink
6-Pin White Connector
1 - Blue/Red —> NC
2 - Blue/Yellow —> NC
3 - Green/Red - Parking Brake Status Output (-) —> NC (Provided through 2-way data connection)
4 - Green/Yellow —> NC
5 - Gray/Red - Brake Status Output (+) —> NC (Provided through 2-way data connection)
6 - Gray/Yellow —> NC
4-Pin Black Data Connector
—> Viper Data 4-Pin Red Slot
I have tried to be as detailed as possible to eliminate any confusion. If I have forgot to include anything, let me know.
If someone is able to verify what I have so far or provide any input, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I'll start this off. Can I assume that you have the ADS USB Cable and iDatalink WEB site access for Flash and KLON
operations? I see that you mentioned some Maetro items so hopefully you do.
Your link didn't work for the ADS AL-CA install guide but from the looks of it you are using the GM-10 firmware.
Because you intend to go D2D with a DEI product ( Viper 5706 ) you must flash the ADS AL-CA with the DBI-AL(DL)-GM-10
firmware to allow proper D2D communications between the Viper and the ADS AL-CA. Additionally, you must set the
ADS AL-CA Installation Mode to Data ( 2 blinks ) and lock it in prior to vehicle programming.
Here is the Viper wiring :
Viper 5706
6-Pin Main Harness
1 - Red - 12V Constant Input (+) —>      - BCM, Black Connector, Pin 1
2 - Black - Chassis Ground (-) —>      - Follow ADS AL-CA diagram
3 - Brown - Siren Output (+) —> To siren
4 - White/Brown - Parking Light Isolation —> NC
5 - White - Parking Light Output —> BCM, White Connector, Pin 8, Brown/White (-)
6- Ground When Armed Output (-500mA) —> NC
10-Pin Remote Start Harness
1 - No Wire
2 - Red/Black - 12V Accessory/Starter Input (+) —>   - BCM, Black Connector, Pin 2 Fuse @ 15 Amps
3 - Pink/Black - Flex Relay Input (+) —> NC
4 - Pink/White - Ignition 2/Flex Relay Output (+) —> NC
5 - Red - 12V Ignition 1 Input (+) —>   - BCM, Black Connector, Pin 3   Fuse @ 15 Amps
6 - Green - Starter Input (+) —> NC
7 - Violet - Starter Output (+) —> NC
8 - Orange - Accessory Output (+) —> PK3 Connector, Pin 2, Brown and ADS AL-CA BLACK/WHITE
9 - Red/White - 12V Ignition 2/Flex Relay Input (+) —> NC
10 - Pink - Ignition Input/Output —> Ignition Connector, Pin 1, Pink and ADS AL-CA Pink
3-Pin Door Lock Connector
1 - Blue - Unlock Output (-500mA) —> NC    Progressive Unlock might be an option in the DBI GM-10 firmware
2 - No Wire
3 - Green - Lock Output (-500mA) —> NC
4 - Black/Yellow - Dome Light Output (-200mA) —> BCM, White Connector, Pin 5, Gray/Black (+)   * Probably not needed
5 - Dark Blue - Status Output (-200mA) —> NC
6 - White/Black - Aux 3 Output (-200mA) —> NC
7 - White/Violet - Aux 1 Output (-200mA) —> NC
8 - Orange/Black - Aux 4 Output (-200mA) —> NC
9 - Gray - Hood Pin Input (N/O or N/C) (-) —> NC Supplied by ADS AL-CA * If Factory Hood Pin is present
10 - Blue - Trunk Pin/Instant Trigger Input (N/O or N/C) (-) —> NC   Supplied by ADS AL-CA
11 - White/Blue - Activation Input —> NC
12 - Violet/White - Tach Input      —> NC   Supplied by ADS AL-CA
13 - Black/White - Neutral Safety/Parking Brake Input (-) —>   Chassis Ground
14 - Green/Black - Factory Alarm Disarm Output (-200mA) —> NC Handled by ADS AL-CA
15 - Green - Door Input (N/O) or N/C) (-) —>   NC Handled by ADS AL-CA
16 - Brown/Black - Horn Honk Output (-200mA) —> NC (Chirps from siren are fine) or BCM, Brown Connector, Pin 18, Tan (-) if desired.
17 - Pink - Ignition 1 Output (-200mA) —> NC
18 - Violet - Door Input (+) —> NC
19 - Violet/Black - Aux 2 Output (-200mA) —> NC
20 - Brown - Brake Shutdown Input (+) —>   NC Handled by ADS AL-CA
21 - Violet/Yellow - Starter Output (-200mA) —> NC
22 - Gray/Black - Diesel Wait to Start Input (-) —> NC
23 - Orange - Accessory Output (-200mA) —> NC
24 - Green/White - Factory Alarm Output (-200mA) —>   NC Handled by ADS AL-CA
The ADS AL-CA looks OK, just follow the diagram.
Soldering is fun!

Thanks for the response!
Yes, I have the USB adaptor for the ALCA. I have it flashed to firmware DBI-AL(DL)-GM10(v2.0) and weblink reports hardware as AL(64).
Sorry about that manual link. Seems like if I make it clickable it doesn't work but copying and pasting works for me in Safari and Chrome.
http://images.idatalink.com/corporate/Content/Manuals/DL-GM10/DBI-AL(DL)-GM10-EN_20180907.pdf
I was exploring the options available in weblink for configuring features and it doesn't seem KLON is available. Saturn is not in the list of makes at least... but everything I was looking to do is available under the feature customization options. There was even an option to have the heated seats turn on if the temp is low enough which wasn't a listed feature.
The manual I'm viewing says 1 LED flash = Data mode and 2 flashes = Hardwire mode.
As far as the Viper receiving tach data from the ALCA, should I set Engine Checking Mode in the Remote Start menu to tach (option 4) or leave it on virtual tach?
For the other connections on the Viper 24-pin connector, I guess I didn't realize it could mostly be supplied by the ALCA. I was a little confused how the ALCA would get all that information but I assume its from the green wire in the PK3 connector.
Thanks again for your time reviewing this! I'm gonna give it a try in the morning and report back.

You're right, Data Mode is one blink, my mistake.
The ADS AL-CA does alot for you, as listed in the chart at the beginning of the GM 10 install guide.
Usually, if your car has progressive unlock the bypass module will provide that same feature.   You would have to go into the options settings or Advanced programming to change it.
Newer GM vehicles didn't use a Starter wire per se. It watched for IGN and ACC on and then the ACC to drop to crank the engine.
Soldering is fun!
