The alarm on a 93 325is (aftermarket) was working fine. Now, the alarm still works in that it triggers, and the lights flash on arm and disarm, but the alarm sound coming from the under hood horn is barely audible (it is sounding). What could the problem be? Has the speaker horn gone bad? How can I check?
thx

It could be water got into the siren, bad ground, or bad alarm brain.
