AutoPage RS-750lcd Crazy

Please help!

This alarm is suddenly doing VERY strange things.

The dome light flashes like the alarm is going off (also illuminating the OPEN DOOR indicator on the dash), but no siren or parking lights. Seems like every relay it has is clicking. Does not do anything (arm/disarm/valet/lock or unlock doors). Sometimes the LED is flashing in sync with the relays, other times it does not. It does this when the car is running and off.

After removing the +bat cable from the battery (I was at work and affraid it would kill my Batt.) and letting it sit all day. I reconnected the batt. jumped in and the LED was ON Solid. I started the car and everything started flashing again. NEXT day I was able to disconnect the relay that controls the dome light and it seemed like this solved the problem (with the flashing anyway, the alarm and it's features still did not work) but it did not. while the car was running, I hit the brakes and everything started clicking again, this time in sync with the LED. It stops when I and driving above 1000 RPMS. it pauses when I push and hold the lock/unlock button.

The remotes do nothing, and neither does the valet button. Now I have not been able to get into the space where the brain is located and check the fuses, but does anyone know what the hell is going on?

I installed this alarm myself. While I may not be a "professional" I am a perfectionist. Every connection is soldered and either heat-shrinked or wrapped in electrical tape. I have the factry.srvc. manual for the car so I know all the connections were 100% correct. (no guessing and probing).

The alarm has been working for over 2 years perfectly until yesterday morning.

Well I have to atleast thank the TWO people that did decide to make a few suggestions.

Well I tore into it earlier this evening, expecting to just unplug the brain, bypass the starter disable and go about my business until I have more TIME/MONEY to fix the actuall problem...

That's when I discovered the problem, of the 5 fuses, 1- 3amp fuse was popped. Before I replaced the fuse I looked around at the wires and sure enough I found the LED indicator wire had managed to get pulled down and I guess over time, pulled the positve lead out of the connector and shorted to ground. Who would have thought that a LED wire, popping a fuse would cause such weird problems.

When I sat down and thought it through a little and looked at the installation pics, the Brain is so wired into the car that it must have been getting power through all of the "sensor" wires. ie. door locks, brake light, voltage sensor, lights, etc...
