i want to make a wireless control unit that has say 2 channels and when you press 1 of the 2 buttons on the remote it will send 12 volts + to whatever is linked to that channnel. I have a basic idea on how to do this, i just don't have any idea about the remote. Can i take apart a keyless entry kit and use the two buttons on it to activate my channels?     in case you were wondering, this activation base could be used to say    power neons on and off, power on specific amps, power on and off the radio, open monitors with actuators, or anything cool like that.

Buy an alarm system with 2 AUX channels on it where you can program it to be latched and it would save you time. I did this for a customer that wanted his neons to be controlled via his Compustar alarm.

for ten channel: Galaxy 3000 plus (3 programable output + 7 output expander channel). you must to have a "scynet" network data port accessory interface and software to set the button on the remotes for each channel
