on an 03 accord ex with factory keyless/security if you hold down the unlock button on the remote the windows will roll down, however the windows will not roll up with the remote, is this normal? if you put the key in the door lock cylinder you can roll the windows up or down just like on bmw's. So basically my question is, are you suppose to be able to roll the windows up with the factory remote?

No, you have to use the lock cylinder.
