Is this a manual trans?  Is your clutch bypassed?  If not, you will not get cranking because you car doesn't think the clutch is pressed to the floor.

There will be a switch somewhere on the clutch pedal.  Probably near the bottom of travel.  General example would be two wires. One would be the same all the time (+12V or gnd) and the other will switch as the clutch is pressed to the floor. You need to locate the wire that is switched, and apply either ground or +12V (depending on what happens when you actually press the pedal) to it during cranking.  This can be done with a ground while running wire from your R/S.  If the clutch requires +12V, you'll need to use a relay to reverse the polarity.

If you have cruise there are 2 plugs that are attached to the clutch pedal. One for the start and the other for the cruise & shifting. Most of the time the target wire is on the plug that requires the pedal to be depressed farther along the stroke. The Accords have VERY LITTLE room to work with and if I remember correctly it is the upper plug on the pedal & requires a (+) pulse when cranking. Double check this with your Accord though.

First you need to VERIFY whether it's pos or neg with your multi-meter.  If you need to get pos. out of your "ground while running" wire, hook a relay up like this...

Pin 85 Ground out while running

Pin 86 +12V

Pin 30 +12V

Pin 87 Your positve clutch wire that you want to switch

Do not cut the clutch wire, just tap into it.
