I have one Viper 791 on an Ford WIndstar 2003 and works great, but i want add some extra features.

Can i disarm the factory alarm with my viper 791? or i have to purchase some device to do it?.

Another feature  i am implementing is progressive doors unlock, it is possible to do this with my car?.

Yes you can Dis-Arm the Factory Alarm with the 791 with H2 / 6 Lt. Green / Black.

To Unlock Driver Door first you will need a Relay  for 5 wire Reversal

OEM Alarm DisarmLT.BLUE/BLACK (-)26 PIN PLUG AT FEM MODULE
Motor UnlockYELLOW26 PIN PLUG AT FEM MODULE

Thanks mo12v for your quickly response.

Looking in depth:

H2/6 Lt. Green / Black send the signal to disarm the factory alarm only when i run the remote start? or all times when i disarms the viper alarm?.

Another option i guess can be: H1/12 RED / white channel 2 to disarm the factory alarm, this works? 

Wich is the best option?.

Please only one more question: the wires that you said in the last post aply to Windstar 2003? because i read in other documents, in 2003 model, factory alarm works with an radio-frecuency signal, it is true?
