Anybody know of a away to dis-able  the 3 attempts to start on a vehicle. Its 98 tahoe FYI I installed a 1270 TL remote starter. I have never had this request before and yes I explained the reason behind this feature. My client is very persistent on finding away to dis-able it. Any ideas out there?

I installed it, it starts every time. What happened is his fuel pump went bad and it went through 3 cycles trying to start. He complained that it drained his battery. Not to mention he tried to start it with the remote start again and he let it got through all 3 cycles again. He came in and wanted to program this feature out I have never done that I was wondering if its even possible, I can't find it in program selection. He is not the sharpest knife in the drawer if you know what I mean.

I don't believe you can change that feature. It is up to the owner of the vehicle to make sure their vehicle is in correct running order and not the remote starter. His battery wouldn't die if the starter tried and failed to start the vehicle three times. It sounds like the customer isn't running on all cylinders, if you know what I mean.
