Both ignitions need to be powered. As far as the accessories go, I hook the first one listed up. Then I use a temporary jumper to energize each of the other accessories till all of the lights on the dash go out, abs, airbag etc. Once I verify that the blower motor and A/C compressor are working then I make the connections to these accessory wires permanent using relays. The manufacturer has these wires seperated for a reason, I would not jump them all together.
If this is your first RS then you picked a nice, easy vehicle to start with.
