I am trying to help out a friend with his Bulldog Pro 5002 and Galaxy ACCWR-8 window module.  I connected the Channel 3 (-) output to the orange activation wire on the module.   I cut the grey/green wire at the switches and connected the right motor/switch wires to the passenger side as the wiring diagam showes, and the left to the drivers side. I press the remote and can hear the parking lights relay click and then the window module relay clicks but all it would do was roll up the passenger window about a half inch.  It will not roll the windows down at all. The switches roll the window down all the way if you press them for about a second, so I did not know if this might be interfering with the module.  Any idea on what to do next or something I connected wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Good Luck!

How many windows do you think  this "module" is designed to operate. The features listed on the box say 2 up/down. Thats all. How are you wiring it. It's more than a 2 wire installation? I don't have an install manual, but. does this module need just a pulse, or a latched pulse to operate the windows. What happens if you hit the button several times in a row?

 DRIVER WINDOW UP Dk.blue At switch in driver's door   REV POL
 DRIVER WINDOW DOWN Brown At switch in driver's door   REV POL
 PASSENGER WINDOW UP Blue or Blue/white At switch in driver's door   REV POL
 PASSENGER WINDOW DOWN Tan At switch in driver's door   REV POL

All I have is the connections listed on the box.  It has left and right motor listed so I assumed 2 windows up and down.  It has listed:

pink = to accessory item

green = left motor
white = left switch
orange = 500 ma. activition
black = ground
red = +12 volts
blue = right motor
brown = right switch

The Bulldog alarm has an accessory output of (-) 200ma pulse that is connected to the orange wire.  I used the wiring diagram from this site that listed Grey/green or blue/red so I tested the these wires, which were correct and then cut the grey/green like it says on the box and connected it as listed.  With the passenger window down I could hit the button numerous times and it would roll up an inch each time.

I think I will try and hold the orange wire to gound to see if it needs a latched output.  I here the relay in the module click though when I send it the pulse.  Any other thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Good Luck!

Can anyone verify the wiring colors on this? Would it be easier to just use relays?

Good Luck!
