Does the pro-start have any type of activation input?
The products I use typically have an activation input that you tie into the lock (or unlock) leg of a door lock actuator then program the unit for 1,2, or 3 pulses to activate. Keep in mind that some factory transmitters do not work once the vehicle is started which means if you do it this way and your transmitters do not work when running you will have to unlock the door with a key when remote started.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

Yes,the green wire (-) input is the trigger. When I touch this wire to ground it activates the remote starter and the jeep starts.
The factory remote transmitter works the doors also when the car is started remotely.
I have a AMENITY Pro-start 2300 with the JDL-PK in my '02 Jeep grand cherokee.
I was told a few years back it was some combo I would have to do with the lock/unlock buttons to make it start.
What I really would like is to use the panic button on the OEM fob to start the Jeep.
