Does anyone know how I can get access to the Directed Electronics (DEI) Technical Assistance website? The site is www.directechs.com It is an installers database, and i needed specific vehicle wiring diagrams....Any information on how to access this site would be great.......Thanx

All you need to do is become an authorized dealer, then you can get a password to access their site. If you are not a dealer then you cant get a password, plain and simple

No, uh No, na, don't think so, never gonna get it, not happening, don't even think about it, get bent, buzz off, doesn't happen, I can't think of any other insults for this. Basicaly no one is going to give this out, if you ask for specifics you will probably get it though.

I would love to know the password, i have one of their alarms, and they wont help me without their access code.  i dont understand why it is such a secret, if you purchase their product, they should help you out :)

No. DEI doesn't sell you their product. They sell retailers their product. This is a business that doesn't feel the need to deal with the end user and for good reason. How many phone calls could you take from people who are incompetent when it comes to vehicle's electrical systems? It also is a fee based service. You pay the fee then you can have access.
