I have a gs300 that I just bought, I got it for a good deal and that's because all but the drivers window was not working. I thought it would be a master switch or something of that sort. I checked for fuses but the Lexus dealership said there is only relays so I need to know if anyone out there knows about my problem im having

LOL...
#1 - change your Lexus dealership. The circuit probably has a circuit breaker, else a fuse.
Rotate all like-sized fuses.
Rotate all like-sized circuit breakers else substitute and equivalent fuse for testing.
Disconnect and reconnect relevant connectors
After that it's probably a case of an orderly test with a test light or DMM.

I think the dealer was saying that there is not a fuse or breaker for each door. The switch is where I would start looking.

That'd probably be correct, but there will (still) be a "master" fuse or CB for the circuit.

You look for power at the switch then if it's there test the switch, motor wires etc.
If no power at the switch, work backwards.
