hi, i'm installing an alarm on my car and had a doubt about hooking up the starter relay killer, is this car a normally open or a normally closed type?

Generally the starter wire is cut in two for the starter kill relay set up. The starter wire will become open if the alarm unit is interupted or set off. Below is the setup on the general starter kill relay setup.   1988 grand marquis -- posted image.
