Can someone help me with locating the proper video out wires on the Panasonic DVD player that is factory installed. I have a 2005 Tahoe. I am looking for both the video pos and video neg wires.

Thanks,

Copout

No good... These wire colors must be for a previous year. Thanks

do the connectors/ pinouts appear to be identical?  can you slice the harness back slightly to determine pairing and/or shielding of individual wires?

Yes, I did that and the pinouts are different. I did find four wires shielded. They are blue, red, purple, and two black wires. ???

My bad... I was using a bad monitor for testing. After hooking up the video output RCA jack to my Nav to Tv module the picture on my Nav screen was flawless. I used the dark blue wire as the video positive feed and grounded the shield to the DVD player chassis.
