Can someone help me determine which of the white wires on a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am is the tach wire on the module to the left side of the steering column? I am installing a remote start using the Bulldog RS1200E along with a bypass unit and the tach wire is used to reduce overcranking the engine. Bulldog's directions state that there are 4 white wires at this location connected to a grey colored tape harness and to try each one until it works. I don't feel comfortable doing this with ECM connections, so does anyone have a diagram that illustrates the terminal number or location within the terminal block?

Thank you,

Craigsok

It's the PURPLE / WHITE wire at the driver's side harness and to my knowledge some models have ONLY one while others have 2. Test each one before connecting.
