pioneer indash tv problem

hey everyone, i wired my video amps to accept the output signal from my pioneer avxp7000cd indash tv and the brain wont let the video come up, there is a wire running witht he rear monitor out put, can i ground it to make it work , because i think that it is supposed to go to the e brake, which would ground it right???

read your instructions, that wire may be a saftey feature.      Most systems will not work without the e brake enabled
