hi i have a 2002 dodge dakota quad cab and im installing a JVC KD-NX5000 hd and navigation unit and i cant seem to findout where my VSS wire is. The truck has a 4.7 V8 with an automatic transmission. I need to connect the vehicle speed sensor wire to make the navigation work properly can anyone help it would be greatly appreciated

hi thanks for the info it worked great i just have another question i need to connect a wire to the backup lights so my nav unit knows im in reverse can you please let me know where i can connect it without having to run a wire all the way to the back of my truck to the reverse lights. is there a wire under the dash or under the hood that i can connect to. as it is now my nav works great but it just doesnt know when im in reverse
