Need some help

I am wanting to install windshield wiper lights on my 2000 Honda accord..can any one please give me step by step instructions or refer me to a sire that will for free. I have absolutly no electronic experience.

need to get a swtich...route a 12V wire to the switch-and have a fuse...take your power leads from the lights  attach it to the switch.then ground the switch..then in the engine compart ment find a good grounding spot and take the two grounds from the lights and ground them.

to install undo the orginal sprayers and drop the neon ones in FIRST B4 YOU WIRE EVERYTHING!!

Word of caution..they are very illegal and i wouldnt even try to have them on when your moving...you will get pulled over...ticketed maybe..that depends on the cop.

Thank you from all of the officers I have talked to in my area as long as I dont use red or blue there is nothing they can do about the lights. I appreciate the help:)
