does any one know if hzEmall  glassed the box for the lincoln or did he just use resin....if just resin is that strong enough???

I am sure he used fiberglass on the box itself, most likely he did not use any glass on the trim paneling though.

On most of Tim's installs that I have seen on the net and in RSM magazine, he is a bit of a fiberglass fiend : )  Seems like he is a "better safe than sorry person"   (I wish i was more like that sometimes)
Chances are, seeing as how those eclipse will create some pressure, he used quite a bit of mat.

What part are you talking about ? The actual box was a sealed MDF box, the stretched section on top was just fleece with resin, LOTS of resin, it is hard to explain how I resin my fleece, but it will reach the 1/4" thick status when done.
