2001 s500 benz put in radio and pluged up ac harness and  it did not work we also notice car did not go in drive shift wont move any ideas

Check to make sure that the brake line is still getting 12 volts when brake is pressed. If not, then check fuses in the engine by the shock tower close to the wiper blade on the driver's side. Other fuses are located in the back of the trunk on the passenger side by the hinge.
