not sure exactly what the 03 accord looks like but i can tell you with a good degree of certainty that there will be two screws holding the radio from underneath. you will have a panel to remove under the radio and the screws should be towards the back of the radio facing up.
if this is the accord with the compartment unde the radio with the door that flips open then i think you have to remove the panel around the shift knob first, then there could be some screws holding that compartment down. once you get those screws the compartment should come out allowing you to get to the screws that hold the radio in.
dont pry on the radio with anything other than plastic panel tools or you will damage the soft foam around the radio. i like to use a right-angle pick to get behind the edge of the radio and pull it out like that, that way theres no prying to be done, just pulling.

if this is the accord with the little clock in between the air vents at the top of the radio housing then that clock pops out and theres one screw behind that too.
i just looked at a supposed picture of the radio out of an 03 and it looks like the air vents on top need to come off too, im not sure if there are any screws in it but it should pull towards you and un-snap. if you are in doubt about any of this just look at the dash kit and it will give you some clues and they might even have detailed instructions depending on which brand of dash kit you have.
