My Daughter has asked me to fit a new stereo to her car. The stereo unit has wiring to supply four speakers, but her car only has two speakers. Do i need to fit extra speakers or just connect two of the leads from the stereo unit.
if it aint broke dont fix it

You can just connect the front 2 speakers and it will work fine. But it would sound a lot better acoustically if you had at least 4 speakers to properly balance the sound.
