I have a customer that wants us to install a delphi xm unit into his 2003 jaguar XK coupe. We decided to build brackets (pro fit style) to come out from where the center councel meets the dash. He will not schedule it untell we provide him with instructions on how the dash comes apart. We Told him it would take a little longer since we havent done one yet. oops. Please help, nick.

Thats what it looks like. I told the owner that but Unless we have specific instructions he will not schedule. He actually wants us to email them to him to see if he wants it done. I know its prolly easier to just turn it down but who wants to do that. Thanks for the input though.

Our shop did some heated seats on a 2001 coupe, we mounted the switches on the wood trim around the shifter....NICE.

The customer caims the installer damaged the trim piece, crack and a scratch. Unable to fix it. REAL WOOD HAND MADE 540.00$

Ask your self this....is it really worth it? choose your battles with care....its not allways about satisfying the customer. Guard your pocket book!
