How to seal Enclosures?

I have a box and noticed that the whole thing inside has sealent except the baffle inside, its just glued, is this normal or should i put sealent there as well. Also the round box terminals are not sealed as well, should i seal those or is it ok not to??

Box terminals in genearl are likely to leak so I would go ahead and seal around it.  The baffle is usually not sealed because they are lazy and figure you won't notice.  It never hurts to get a hand squeeze tube of silicone and seal the baffle.
