Do you have the alarm programed for passive arming? Is the horn working any other time? If your horn isnt working period, then you have the relay wired up wrong. This is how my alarm manual says to run the relays for domelight and horn.... Both of these work on my car so I know these setups are correct.....

Horn:  pin 86 goes to - horn output

pin 87 goes to horn wire

        pin 85 goes to a constant 12V+

        pin 30 gets grounded

Make sure your horn wire is actually negative polarity.  If it is positive then change pin 30 from ground to constant 12V+ also.

Domelight:

pin 86 goes to - domelight output

pin 87 goes to domelight wire

           pins 30 and 85 go to a constant 12V+

Also you said your alarm doesnt activate? What do you mean? Meaning if you arm it and open your car, the alarm doesnt trigger?

ok yeah i have my wiring done wrong..............i'm going to wire it like you have it....

oh and the alarm does trigger when i open the door, hood, etc.  but what i mean is that it doesn't arm by itself  i think i have to program it for passive arming or something like that the thing is that i don't know how to do that.

You could have the system in valet mode and that is why the alarm isn't getting triggered. Also the horn should only get activated when the alarm gets fully triggered it shouldn't honk on lock and unlock

True but with some alarms, you can program the alarm to honk the horn when arming and disarming.  Look in your manual and it will tell you how to program certain features. With my alarm I have to turn the ignition on and press my "call" button 5 times to enter programing. I have a guide then that has like 25 features that can be programed. If I need to change something numbered 5 on the list, then I press my "call" button 5 times. Then I have to press button 1, 2 or 3 that corresponds with what I need to program. All alarms are different though so just read your manual. If you dont have a manual, simply tell us the alarm system make and someone on here will help you.

valet mode? yeah never tought about that.... maybe it is in valet, anyway i got the domelight supervision working but still can't get the horn to work, its connected right  i don't know what to do now i think i'm just gonna leave it like that, oh and one more question when i arm the alarm and i turn the engine on with the remote, and someone opens the door isn't suppose to page?    because it doesn't it only tells me when i push the "lock" button...

If your system is armed and remote started, if you were to unlock the door using the key and open the door, your alarm will trigger and the vehicle will shut off. If you have a 2 way remote, it should page you. The only time when it wont page you is if you dont have your car armed and then remote start it. Eventhough your alarm is not armed, your doors will still lock everytime the vehicle is remote started. But if you were to then unlock the door using the key, the system wont trigger, the vehicle wont shut off and you wont get a page.
